Natalie Sherren

Natalie has 20 years of commercial legal experience. She obtained her LL.B. Degree from UCT in 2002 and completed her articles of clerkship at Jan S de Villers (now Werksmans) in Cape Town in 2005.  After completing her articles she spent 9 years as a legal advisor at Nedbank Private Wealth.  Natalie was then appointed Head of Legal at PSG Konsult whereafter she joined Creditsmith Capital Partners and then Creation Capital Partners in the same position.  She now practices independently
and services, amongst others, various fund management, alternative finance providers and private equity businesses.
Natalie’s experience includes advising clients on various aspects of
commercial law as well as drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements.  Her experience also includes “cradle to grave” management of complex finance transactions, including the identification and management of all risks in relation thereto.
